The Argument: An Interactive Fiction

You’re standing in front of a broken mirror just after midnight.

Stunned, you lean against the bathroom counter for a long while. Your ears echo with the screaming, the breaking glass, the sound of the back door slamming and your wife’s car tearing down the driveway.

 

There are two porcelain sinks set into the counter. Beside them, identical electric toothbrushes. Along one wall, there is a shower behind a glass door. The master bedroom is to the south.
