Three Poems by Kaushik Barua

Photos

I scroll through photos
and the single video

He comes alive
with every viewing

When I close each file
he kills himself again

Memory

I drink water
cold as nails
three years have passed
flash of his face
the glass is done
it crucifies me

Knife

My sorrow
hands me a knife
says, here
chisel me a poem
or stick it in your belly
